The purposes for which we collect information are as follows:

(1) Collection of task lists, unique device identifiers, WiFi signals, device type, system version number, device serial number, MAC address and other device information.

Purpose: Used for interface verification. When necessary, we will apply to the system for this information and perform security verification to ensure that the information is not tampered with.

(2) Collection of installed application information or acquisition of running process information, overall application operation, overall installation and usage, usage frequency, application crash situation, application source, and performance data.

Purpose: For server configuration and third-party SDK initialization, to prevent malicious programs, and for security operation purposes.

(3) When your application is switched to the background or in a silent state, we will collect your MAC address information as well as IMEI, IMSI, AndroidID, GUID, package name, software version number, screen width and height, phone brand, and phone model.

Purpose: To help us with bug analysis, anti-cheating, and anti-fraud security protection work, to ensure your normal use of this product and/or service, to improve and optimize our product experience, and to ensure the security of your account.

(4) Collection of software installation list information.

Purpose: For data statistics and third-party platform sharing interaction purposes.

(5) Collection of IP address.

Purpose: To allocate servers nearby, improving overall user experience and access speed.

(6) Collection of device information (GUID, MAC address), browsing and operation records.

Purpose: 1. To report runtime errors, analyze, and solve problems you encounter during use.

2. To protect your right to know, we list the possible operating system permissions that the product may apply for and use through the following list. You can manage relevant permissions according to actual needs.

3. According to product upgrades, the types and purposes of applying for and using permissions may change. We will update the list promptly based on these changes to ensure you are informed of the permission applications and usage in a timely manner.

4. Please be aware that for business and product functionality and security needs, we may also use third-party SDKs, which may also apply for or use relevant operating system permissions.

5. During the use of the product, you may use H5 pages or mini-programs developed by third parties. These plugins or mini-programs developed by third parties may also apply for or use relevant operating system permissions as required by their business functions.

6. Providing personal information is not mandatory, but if you choose to refuse to provide it, it may result in your inability to use products and services that require this information. However, this does not affect your use of other functions of the Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine product.

(7) Device and Sensor Information

Purpose: To implement 【motion sensing operation / screen auto-rotation / exercise state recognition】 functions, while you are using this application, we will read your device's gyroscope sensor and accelerometer sensor data. This data is only processed locally on the device in real-time and will not be uploaded to the server, nor will it be used for user profiling, advertising, or other purposes.

(B) Acquisition of User Permissions

To provide a better product experience, we need you to grant corresponding user permissions during use. Each permission appears as a pop-up dialog and can only be obtained after your authorization and consent. After obtaining permissions, you can enjoy the corresponding functions and services. The specific permissions we need are as follows:

1. Access Location Permission - Precise Location android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, obtain precise geographic location information through the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location information (e.g., base stations and WLAN).

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To record, back up, and manage users' exercise data.

2. Access Location Permission - Coarse Location android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, obtain approximate geographic location information through the Global Positioning System (GPS) or network location information (e.g., base stations and WLAN).

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Used to implement location-based services.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To record, back up, and manage users' exercise data.

3. Read Phone State Permission android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, read the phone status and identification code (telephone permission, device permission). Please rest assured that this permission cannot monitor or obtain any of your call content or information.

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Used for account login, security assurance, and other major functions during application launch by identifying the device ID.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: For account login and pushing mobile phone calls and SMS messages to smart device terminals.

4. Read Contents of SD Card (Read Storage Space/Photos Permission) android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, provide the function to read data within the phone's storage space.

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Allow the APP to read images, files, and other content from storage.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To help you upload an avatar.

5. Write/Delete Contents of SD Card (Write/Delete/Storage Space/Photos Permission) android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, provide external storage write functionality.

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Allow the APP to write/download/save/modify/delete images, files, and other content.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To help you upload an avatar.

6. Take Photos and Videos android.permission.CAMERA

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, use the camera to take photos.

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Used to help you set or change your avatar.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To help you upload an avatar.

7. Get Known Accounts android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS

Permission Description: Obtain the permission to get the list of application accounts from the account service within the contacts permission group, to obtain accounts created by applications installed on the device. Please rest assured that this permission only obtains application-related information and cannot obtain your account passwords or other personal sensitive information.

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Used to help add associated accounts to your application.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To push messages from third-party applications on the user's phone to the smart device terminal.

8. Device Management

Permission Description: After obtaining your authorization, obtain device identifiers (including MAC address), device hardware information, device usage information, basic system information, and network information.

Application Scenario/Usage Scenario: Establish Bluetooth connection, manage device configuration, complete software upgrades.

Purpose of Applying for Permission: To link the user's phone with the smart device terminal.

If you refuse to grant these permissions, it may cause you to be unable to use functions or services that require these permissions, but this does not affect your use of other functions of the Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine product.

You can withdraw the permissions granted to us through the permission management in the settings interface.

(C) We will collect information in the following ways: information you actively provide when using the service, and information generated during your use of functions or receipt of services collected through automated means:

1. Registration and Login

(1) When you register or log in to Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine and related services, you can create an account using your mobile phone number. You need to provide your mobile phone number + verification code, and you can complete relevant identification information (avatar, nickname, gender, height, weight, date of birth). We collect this information to help you complete registration and will use it to calculate and display heart rate, step count, calories burned during exercise, sleep time, etc., on smart wearable devices and application pages, so that you can better understand your exercise status. This information will be displayed on smart wearable devices and application pages, and you can view it at any time.

(2) You can log in to Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine using a third-party account. In this case, you authorize us to obtain your public information registered on the third-party platform (third-party account openid, avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) to bind it with your Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine account, allowing you to directly log in and use this product and related services through the third-party account.

(3) When you set or change your avatar, we will request your authorization for the camera and photo album permissions. If you refuse to grant the camera permission, you will not be able to set or change your avatar by taking a photo; if you refuse to grant the photo album permission, you will not be able to set or change your avatar by uploading an image from the photo album. However, neither of these will affect your normal use of other functions of Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine.

2. Binding Smart Wearable Devices

(1) To support the binding of your smart wearable device with the application, we will collect your account information, smart wearable device identification information, mobile phone device identification information (including IMEI number, IMSI, MAC address, MEID, AndroidID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, etc.), phone model, system version number, and Bluetooth information of the smart wearable device.

(2) When you bind a device by scanning a QR code, we will request your authorization for the camera and photo album permissions. If you refuse to grant the camera permission, you will not be able to bind the device by scanning a QR code with the camera; if you refuse to grant the photo album permission, you will not be able to bind the smart wearable device by scanning a QR code from an image in the photo album.

(3) To support the synchronization of information between the smart wearable device and the phone, it is necessary to read basic system information to the wearable device. We connect to the device via Bluetooth to obtain the device's exercise data and device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.). You can stop this type of data collection by disconnecting or unbinding the device.

(4) Smart wearable devices need to display mobile phone contact information and call logs to facilitate answering and making calls on the wearable device. When connecting to the device, Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine only provides a device upgrade channel. The device firmware version is provided by the device manufacturer, and the manufacturer is responsible for the version quality and upgrade results. Your device name, device identification information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, etc.), and device usage information will also be uploaded to our company's servers for wearable device binding statistics.

3. Recording and Displaying Exercise and Health Information

During your use of our smart wearable devices, we may collect and record information related to your physical activity, including your step count, standing activity and duration, exercise mode, cadence, and heart rate information. In addition, we may collect your personal information, including your nickname, gender, date of birth, height, and weight. This information will be used to calculate and display heart rate, step count, calories burned during exercise, sleep time, etc., on smart wearable devices and application pages, allowing you to better understand your exercise status.

This information will be displayed on smart wearable devices and application pages, and you can view it at any time.

4. Setting Health Plans

You can use health plans within the application. Based on the health plan you set, this feature can provide you with exercise reminders, water drinking reminders, sedentary reminders, and other functions.

To implement this feature, we need to collect the health plan information you have set.

5. Notification Function

If you have enabled the notification push function, we may obtain your application list information to provide you with message push services for other applications on your wearable device. Please rest assured that we will not read your notification messages. Your notification messages will only be displayed on the wearable device, and we will not save your notification messages.

You can disable related notifications through the "Permission Management" interface in the 【Settings】.

To ensure device connection experience and data synchronization stability, when you have a wearable device connected, after the phone is restarted, the application needs to start automatically to connect to the device to ensure the connection status between the wearable device and the application. If you disable the application's auto-start, after restarting your phone, if you do not open the APP again manually, you will not be able to use related functions such as message notifications and incoming call reminders. In addition, when you initiate an outdoor workout using the wearable device, the wearable device needs to be connected to the application to obtain the application's location information and ensure the availability of data synchronization for outdoor functions.

6. Operation and Security

We are committed to providing you with a safe, trustworthy product and usage environment. Providing high-quality, efficient, and reliable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect your legitimate interests or those of other users or the public from harm, we will collect necessary information to maintain the safe and stable operation of our products and services.

You are fully aware that in the following circumstances, we do not need your consent to collect and use personal information:

(1) Related to national security and national defense.

(2) Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests.

(3) Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments, etc.

(4) When it is difficult to obtain consent, but necessary to protect the vital legitimate interests of the personal information subject or other individuals' life, property, etc.

(5) The collected personal information is voluntarily made public by the personal information subject.

(10) When academic research institutions conduct statistics or academic research for the public interest, and the results provided externally are de-identified to remove personal information.

7. Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine APP Permission Request Descriptions

To improve product quality and enhance user experience, we need to collect your device identification information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.). However, please rest assured that we will inform you of the purpose of using each permission during the application process, and the impact on your use of the service if you do not enable it, so please read it carefully. Before using specific functions, you can choose whether to authorize the following permissions. At the same time, you can always change your authorization settings through the device's permission settings page.

The relevant functions and the permissions they call are detailed as follows:

(1) Allow reading and writing external storage permission: Used to read images from the phone when users set watch face images; to save images to the user's phone when users share images; and also used to read images from the phone when changing the user's avatar.

(2) Allow obtaining location permission: When users enable the outdoor exercise function, it helps users record exercise tracks.

(3) Allow reading and writing calendar permission: Used to synchronize small habits added by users in the Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine APP to the system calendar.

(4) Allow reading contacts and call logs permission: Enabling the contacts permission is used to synchronize incoming call numbers and contact names to the wearable device for display when users use the "Show Contacts" information function. If you do not need this service, you can turn off this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

(5) Allow making and answering calls permission: Used to control the phone to make calls from the wearable device when users use the "Incoming Call Reminder" function.

(6) Allow accessing the camera permission: Used for users to scan QR codes for device pairing and to change the APP avatar.

(7) Allow accessing Bluetooth status permission: Used to scan for Bluetooth devices when users bind a wearable device and to ensure normal connection of the application to the smart wearable device.

(8) Allow accessing network permission: Allows the application to connect to the internet normally.

(9) Allow accessing WiFi status permission: Allows the application to obtain the current WiFi connection status.

(10) Allow accessing network status permission: Allows the application to obtain the current network connection status.

(11) Allow writing system settings permission: Allows the application to provide the function of modifying the screen timeout, allowing for better recording of exercise tracks.

(12) Allow installing other applications permission: Allows the application to upgrade, download, and install applications.

(13) Allow the application to continue running in the background, enabling the application to provide message push functionality.

8. Changes to the Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

Please understand that as our business develops, there may be adjustments to the functions and services provided by the Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine APP. In principle, when new functions or services are related to our currently provided functions or services, the collection and use of personal information will have a direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will inform you again and obtain your consent before collecting and using your personal information.

We may also collect other information that cannot identify a specific individual (i.e., information that is not personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use specific services, like daily active events. What information do we collect and how do we use it?

In order to adapt Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine for use on different mobile devices and third-party platforms, Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine integrates third-party SDKs. Third-party SDKs may call your device permissions and obtain your relevant information, allowing you to use the corresponding functions normally on different mobile devices or third-party platforms. Different third-party SDKs may call different device permission types and obtain different information, which may include obtaining your location information, reading/writing your external storage, reading your phone status and identity, viewing WLAN connections, and retrieving running applications. We will exercise due diligence, strive to ensure the security of your information, and update you as soon as possible on the latest status of integrated third-party SDKs. However, please also understand that: If a third-party SDK provider integrated into Huazhen Traditional Chinese Medicine fails to proactively inform us in a timely manner, or if we have not detected that it calls your device permissions or obtains your relevant information, it may be deemed not to involve the collection of your personal information and therefore is not described here. The collection and processing of personal information by third-party SDKs follow their own privacy terms and are not subject to this privacy policy. (B) Transfer
